Large bedroom with good size closet. Remodeled kitchen, dining, and living room. Swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trail. Prefer 50+ female if possible. No pets sorry. Can rent room furnished or unfurnished. Furnished is double bed with gray headboard, large dresser, night stand, and lamps for $975 a month.
