I am currently renting this apartment and it is a one bedroom. I’d like to start sharing the apartment space with someone to lower the cost. There is one bathroom and a closet connected to it. To get to the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom. There is a kitchen, living room, and balcony. Free parking.

I currently live here alone. Would prefer a male roommate but don’t mind a woman. We can share the bedroom- two beds preferred. I’m an introvert and homebody. Currently I have one job and am looking for a second one. The apartment isnt really furnished since I don’t have much money to do that right now.
