There are 2 bedrooms available 820$ per room (this is a estimate since rent goes up in September but its likely to be less then this) 3 rooms all together I stay in one room. I am welcome to a single mother with child if your interested in both rooms. We are very close to 3 schools in including walking distance to a elementary. Shared bathroom between the 2 rooms. Furnished house but the bedrooms will be unfurnished, I am welcome to new decorations or furniture if that can fit in the space. Fenced in yard with gate. There is a garage that’s currently used for storage and one spare parking spot but very close street parking as well. No smoking or drug use allowed at all, That includes vape, e-cig, and weed. There are 2 cats in the house and unfortunately no more animals will work out as one cat is pet aggressive to new cats and the other is scared of dogs.
