I have a nice newer, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1500 sq. Ft. home on a fenced 2 acre property outside city limits of Eustace, Tx.. My home is in a nice, quiet and small neighborhood. The location is convenient to I-175 and within 15 minutes to Athens, or Gun Barrel City, Tx. I lost my husband in Dec. 2025 and now need to supplement my income. Smoking is okay in designated area. I prefer a somewhat handy, and skilled gentleman roomate that wouldn’t have a problem helping with minor repairs or property maintenance if or when needed.

I have lived in the home for the last 5 yrs. They’re are no oother tenants. I have two dogs and a cat. They are friendly and potty trained. My small dog, though friendly with humans, is very jealous of other animals so no pets are allowed for the tenant. I am an easy going person, who lives a fairly simple quiet life. Im a christian and go to Church most Sundays. I prefer a christian roomate.
