Lawn/yard responsibilities are shared. The house is split by you and a fantastic roommate (who is considerate, clean, and conscious), and his very lovable dog. He and his dog are staying in the house and are looking for a responsible roommate, who is not a partier. He pays 60%, and you pay 40%. You will be close to Edora Park, one of the best parks in Fort Collins. The neighborhood is close to a King Soopers & Sprouts (with Safeway being a little farther away). Not far from Old Town, but also easy to access I-25 via Prospect. From Kent - My life is really centered around kindness, curiosity, cooking and my dog Teddy. I am sober but I don’t expect my housemates to be. But I really would love to live with someone who is conscious and aware. I’m not looking for Buddha here but someone who values others and wants to get along no matter what.
