You’ll also have access to storage space in the garage, plus plenty of street parking in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

Step outside and enjoy a large backyard made for lounging, with a hot tub and for winding down or hosting friends.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: just minutes from Midtown’s restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, close to grocery stores (including Costco), and a quick ride to Virginia Lake for walks, biking, or sunsets. Downtown and the airport are also just a short drive away.

Bonus: I have a dog named Rogue 🐶—she’s half Golden Retriever, super friendly, and loves people. She is 5 years old. I am not accepting any additional pets.

For added peace of mind, the home is equipped with security cameras in the front and back.

I’m a 41-year-old single woman who works from home Monday–Friday, 9–5, so I keep a pretty consistent and balanced routine. I’m definitely a Type A personality—I like a clean, organized space and take pride in keeping my home feeling safe, calm, cozy, and put together.

Outside of work, I love getting out and enjoying everything Reno has to offer. You’ll usually find me in Midtown checking out restaurants or grabbing cocktails, riding my bike, going for walks, or spending time by the Truckee River. I also love getting up to Tahoe for paddle boarding when I can. At home, I’m often hanging out with my pup-girl or diving into something creative—I’m a freelance videographer, do a lot of work with non-profits, mentor Native youth, and love sewing and making things.

Overall, I’m social but appreciate a peaceful home vibe—clean, respectful, and easygoing.
