The available room can be furnished or unfurnished and includes access to shared living spaces, including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Limited garage storage is available for a few personal items. Water, garbage, and high-speed internet are included, and electricity is shared. You’ll be sharing the home with one friendly cat and one small dog, both of whom are part of the family. The home is smoke-free and is kept clean, organized, and comfortable for everyone who lives here. The atmosphere is relaxed and easygoing—an ideal fit for a working professional, graduate student, or anyone who appreciates a peaceful place to come home to after a busy day. The initial lease term is six months, with the possibility of extending for the right fit. Since this is a shared living arrangement, I’m looking for someone who values open communication, cleans up after themselves, respects shared spaces, and contributes to a positive household environment.
