Room with new carpet (new flooring throughout house), if you want to paint your room to feel more at home you are more than welcome. Respectful neighbors, decent sized park within a 15 minute walk from house. Close to multiple grocery stores, and within a 5 minute drive to the freeway for those who have to commute, and a 17-20 minute drive for those who attend UNM or work in that area. If you work from home there is a room that I also use as an office/ gaming room for anyone who needs the work space or shares in that hobby. There is in-house laundry, a two car garage, and a decent sized back yard for pets (it’s just a little sparse)

Clean and respectful 35 year old. Enjoys reading, gaming, anime, music, and camping. Dog mom to a 50 lbs cuddle bug. I like to cook and will be willing to share meals if they are within your dietary restrictions. I am usually on the quieter side when at home but do not mind if there is music or the tv playing where I can hear it (it’s what headphones are for)
