Soon to be available: room for rent with a shared bathroom in a secured gated community in Chino. This is a single person occupancy, no partying and no drugs. No pets since we already have a dog. Tentant will have the access to the house amenities, like laundry, kitchen, living room, backyard and the community swimming pool as long as you clean up after yourself. This is a 3bdroom townhome to be shared with me and my adult son and both of us work a full time day job mon-fri. Rent is $875/month with a minimum of 6 months lease. All utility bills are equally split among 3 people. No criminal background and must have a stable job. This is a family home for us..no drama.
