Room and home is clean, comfortable, private with private bath, furnished to include linens, in a private home in Clermont, offering laundry, driveway parking and kitchen privileges for occupant, access to Amenity Center with pool, Workout facility. Owner has one cat and small dog so hope you are OK with a lovable cat and dog near you.
About the roomies
Owner is female, works out of the home most of the time, adult grandson lives in home as well. We are a quiet small family who enjoy living in Florida. Home is only 3 years old. Great walking opportunity here, we have a lake (but not for swimming, boating or jet skiing, as there are alligators). We look forward to sharing our home with someone who is quiet, clean, non smoker, and can enjoy the peace that the area offers. Since owner has pets, I would ask that renter not bring pets.
