I’m looking for someone to join me in this amazing 2 bed 2.5 bath row home in Shaw starting 8/1. The master bedroom (pictured below) is available with a private bathroom. We have in-unit washer and dryer. There is no private parking, but plenty of street parking available.
The house is 1 block from Giant and the Shaw metro stop, and a 10 minute walk from Logan Circle.
Rent is $2,100 (for the master bedroom) including utilities (except wifi).
I’ve lived in this house for 2 years now with my best friend and absolutely love it. She is unfortunately moving to California, but I’m staying to hold down the fort.
A bit about me - I’m 27 years old, born and raised in NOVA, and moved to DC (this house) 2 years ago. I am a super social and energetic person, and I love spending time with friends and family (especially outdoors). I work primarily from home, so I need a quiet working environment during the day.
My ideal roommate is a late twenties woman with a passion for bougie dinners :) Outside of that, I really only care about maintaining a clean house and keeping a pet-free home.
