Your bedroom has large queen size sleigh bed, two night tables, two lamps. Washer-dryer in unit. WIFI. Big screen TV with Amazon Prime movies. Swimming pool. Optional garage space may be available. Close to Hwy 421 and N. Peace Haven Rd. Easy commute to downtown Winston Salem. Good restaurants, indoor pickleball courts, major hospitals, and tech firms nearby. 6 month minimum. Rent is $700 plus half the maid service fee ($75 your half), and half the electric (estimate $75 your half). $700 security deposit.

I am a semi-retired, quiet, business consultant. Recreations include pickleball and outdoor sports - hiking, kayaking, mountain biking. Politically moderate. Low key.
