The unit is a townhouse style apartment with an upstairs and downstairs. 2bed/2bath - with backyard, parking, in-unit-laundry The unit is located in Downtown San Jose in the heart of Japantown, definitely calmer than the center of downtown with less traffic and less chaos but within walking distance to San Pedro Square which is about a 15-20min walk or 5-7min drive. Apartment Info Rent: $1350 (not including utilities) - water, garbage, gardening included in rent price additional utilities PG&E and internet which would come out to an additional $100 a month. Amenities: Designated parking and plenty of street parking, in-unit laundry, and backyard. I do have outdoor furniture and have hung up some lights to be able to enjoy being outside.

Age — 25 (she/her/hers) Hometown — I grew up in San Jose and have been here all my life! Job — Accountant for a property management company I work Monday - Friday 9-5. I am also going back to school in the fall and will be going to SJSU! ( if your also attending SJSU its only a 6 min drive and a 23 min walk from the apartment) Lifestyle — mostly quiet nights I go to the gym in the morning around 6am. I’m home for a bit and then off to work I’m usually off at 5pm. I have a really close relationship with my family and they live close by so sometimes I’ll stop by there before getting home will sometimes be home around 6pm or 7pm and then after its just time to unwind (maybe hanging out in the living room), I am sometimes home on the weekends but also like to stay active, go grocery shopping, maybe cooking or (I’m out exploring! Personality — extrovert, friendly/chatty, Gemini, love to workout(you are more than welcome to join me if you’re into that sort of thing!), easy going and light hearted/playful, sometimes serious but always communicative. Animals — no animals accepted in the unit but I do love them. I have my dog with my mom! Shared Spaces — I’m super tidy, and appreciate a clean space and want a roommate who also values a tidy space! I like to clean on the weekends or if I get out early during the week I will try and clean at least once a week (However I’m not picky about shoes on or off in the apartment). I mostly just care about the shared spaces not being messy. Hobbies — Coffee Runs, reading a good book, matcha lover, attending an event downtown or class (yoga, pilates), Run club, music concerts and festivals, trying new restaurants (I’m a foodie), sometimes Netflix and chill, dancing going out for a good dance (have been wanting to go line dancing), looking to get back into
