Easy to access, ri The room is conveniently located right next to the stairs and close to the downstairs entrance, making it easy to come and go. It’s also separated from the other rooms, which provides extra privacy and a quieter atmosphere. The room has blue walls that create a calm, relaxing feel, and there’s plenty of space to personalize it with wall decorations, pictures, or other décor to make it your own. The location within the house offers a good balance of accessibility and privacy. Guest also included. Just keep it low

The home is shared with the owner, the owner’s daughter, and my grandparents, who live downstairs. My grandparents can be a little grouchy at times, but as long as you’re respectful and clean up after yourself, everyone gets along well. Due to a disability, they live downstairs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and the home is smoke-free.

There is also a pool table and a ping pong table in the garage for everyone to enjoy. Just a heads-up: the pool table is slightly uneven, so if you place a ball in one area, it’ll slowly roll on its own. Overall, it’s a relaxed household looking for someone respectful and considerate of shared spaces.
