Looking for female roommate, Large 1 bedroom with privet full bathroom shared living room, dining, and kitchen. In unit washer and dryer. Rent includes utilities and Internet. $1050 per month plus deposit. Can have 1 pet that is potty trained with pet deposit of 100 and pet rent 25 per month. Must be cleanand respectful , must be employed, proof of income and a month to month rental agreement. Rent due on the 1st of each month if later than the 3rd a $75 late fee will be applied.

About the roomies

31 year old female professional . I have an American French bull dog. I’m quiet don’t like all the drama okay with over night guest once in a while can not stay longer than 2 nights.
