About the room
Private bedroom and private bathroom available in a shared house in West Adams, 5 minutes from USC. The house currently has 3 other residents. This is a lease takeover through July 25th, 2027. Rent includes utilities, internet, and central heat/AC. Shared kitchen and washer/dryer on site. A housekeeper cleans the common areas once a week. Street parking available; on-site parking is limited. Smoking is allowed outside only. ESA and Service animals are welcome. The landlord handles all inquiries and screening directly. About the roomies
I am 26 years old, a musician and educator based here in Los Angeles. I just finished by Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Studies at CalStateLA, and currently teach at the Arabesque Conservatory of Music.
The roommate directly across from my room is 25 years old. She is a marketing major at USC from China. The roommate downstairs is in her 40s and is currently looking for a job. She has a degree in museum studies. The roommate upstairs is also in her 40s and works in the film industry.
