Located off US-31 and less than 10 minutes from down town Traverse City. Trash and snow removal are handled by the property manager. We will split rent and utilities 50/50

I work night shift so spend most of my morning and early afternoon sleeping. I am a quiet person who spends the majority of my time in my room or away from the apartment. Most of the neighbors are families and people with pets.
