I have a large In-Law suite/studio/ private whole 3rd floor in my home for rent. It is 1,200.00 a month with all bills included. I have most of the movie apps, Hi speed WiFi internet, pest control , trash pickup, and yard work included. I can furnish it with the basics if needed. I live in Hixson close to the beautiful beach/boat docks, pickleball courts, etc.. It has a full bath, private indoor parking garage, private entrance, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove top, oven, kitchenette with sink, fireplace in the living room space, state of the art security system, is in a great and safe neighborhood, etc.. There will be a background check. The applying tenant will be sent the link to fill out and pay for the background check. You will need to pay 1st months rent and a 500.00 refundable deposit at signing. I’m renting on a month to month basis unless or until the situation feels comfortable for both parties then will consider changing it to a 6 month-1 year contract. I will allow a pet per my approval. I am a female. 😁 I really prefer another female but would be open to a male if everything checks out with the background check and I feel comfortable after meeting him.
