About the room
This is a 4 bedroom / 3 bath ranch with one of the bedrooms being on the 2nd floor with a full size bath, large closet and direct access to the garage, laundry room and kitchen.
This house is in an HOA with a pool, playgrounds, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a walking trail around a lake. This would be perfect for professional wanting an private suite.
The room is not currently furnished but we can furnish it if that is required.
About the roomies
My mom and special needs sister live there and they share the Master Bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms are just spare bedrooms with no plans to rent out any other rooms.
My little sister is 38 years old and rarely leaves her room. My mom is 70 and active, but she doesn’t use the common areas that often either. (she likes to garden)
There are also 2 cats living in the house. Both are nice and clean, and don’t go upstairs.
