About the room
2 rooms (yes two) and a private bathroom for one tenant is $970 monthly rent.
If you have a friend or family member that would like the extra room then two rooms with shared bathroom for two tenants is $1480 monthly rent ($740 ea. tenant)
The two bedrooms as well as the private bath are upstairs with a loft separating the two. The loft is a large open space you are welcome to put furniture in and utilize. While I do not utilize this space it is open and considered a common area. The extra room is a great private space for crafting, TV or den, office or whatever you desire. You’ll of course have full access and usage of kitchen, laundry and pool.
About the roomies
I’m a 62 yr old woman so I prefer a mature woman, 50+ so our lifestyles are not in conflict. I’m semi retired and quite active. I have an art studio in a room on the first floor that I teach private art sessions in. It’s near the front door so there is no interference in your privacy.
