-The Room: A private room with a shared bathroom, unfurnished. -Rent is $860/person not including utilities. -The house: We rent a lovely 2700sqft, two story, 4 bed/2.5 bath home. There are two separate living spaces to enjoy along with a large open concept kitchen. -Convenient to Plaza Midwood, University City Area, and Reedy Creek Park. -The neighbors are pretty quiet and chill. No complaints about the neighborhood. -We have two pets- a cat and a dog. Both are very sweet and friendly 🙂 We are not looking to add any more fur babies.

About the roomies

-My friend and I are both avid dancers so we use the front room for dance practice frequently. -We host the occasional social gathering for our dance community but other than that we keep it pretty lowkey and quiet in the home. -I enjoy cooking and baking so there is always something yummy in the house. -2-4 nights a week we do go out and stay out fairly late. -We keep an organized and cleanly home and ask that any new roommate assist in shared household tasks. -We love chit chat in the kitchen, cooking meals family style, and watching anime on the couch after a long day. -We value clear and direct communication and always strive to settle conflict with respect for all parties.
