About the room

1375 Sqr Ft Towne house, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, backyard with sauna across from a pond.

Your room is approx.10 x 11 or 110 sqr ft, with 2 large closets, queen bed, dresser, desk, 52“ TV with Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV and many movie channels. Please smoke outside, drink if you want- please don’t be a drunk, no one likes a drunk… You have a FULL PRIVATE BATHROOM ONLY YOU USE.

The beach is less than 2 miles down the road, the home is in HB harbor- the gate to the boat docks is across the street, and a great spot to take off paddleboarding before or after work. The pool is kept pretty warm and doesn’t get overwhelmed. Mother’s beach/ Humboldt Island is around the corner and Trader Joe’s is a block away with a great place to play pool and have a drink called The Rack House. We have an infrared sauna in the backyard across from a waterfall pond. We have an awesome Traeger smoker BBQ which your welcome to use. There are tennis and pickleball literally across the street at the park. You have full access to everything; you live here you should enjoy being here.

We have a 32’ boat slip, if you have a boat we can talk about having it here for you…

Move in is 1st month rent and $500 deposit

About the roomies

We are a mellow couple with 2 small well-behaved dogs you will adore. We don’t drink or smoke and we love the beach and both work a lot so gives you an idea what to expect.
