The home is currently occupied by two respectful, full-time working professionals and offers comfortable shared living spaces that are fully furnished. The main living area features stunning 18-foot ceilings, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. All shared spaces throughout the home, including the kitchen, living room, hallways, stairs, and recreation area, are equipped with smart lighting that can be customized to create the perfect ambiance.
The kitchen includes beautiful granite countertops, a large granite island, a dishwasher, and plenty of space for cooking and dining.
The available bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with one of the current occupants. The bathroom has direct access from both bedrooms and is not used by guests. An additional half bathroom is available for guest use.

I do not drink or smoke. The other roommate sometimes drinks occasionally, but does not smoke. We do not discriminate if you drink, but the home is smoke free.
