Hi All, This is 2 rooms available to one person for $2,500 or 2 friends each renting one room: (1) Large room $1,500 and smaller room (2) $1,200. You will be sharing with one room mate in his early 20s, working in biotech and music production. The condo is very large and is directly on Ocean Beach. There are direct busses downtown and Safeway a block away. There is an outdoor parking space and space in the garage to park bikes. It’s a really nice condo!

1. Cool 20s Tufts graduate in biotech field, who also produces music and played soccer. Prefers a neat, clean person, e.g. doesn’t leave dishes in the sink overnight. YOU can either be 2 friends renting 2 rooms (one in each room, with s shared bathroom) or one person renting both rooms.
