About the room

This is a beautiful 7 acre off grid small rancho with garden and chickens and room to roam and hike. We’re 4 blocks off pavement on graded dirt road. We’re about 10 minutes from downtown Chino Valley AZ. Owner travels often so roommate needed to keep the house a/c etc running and feed the cat. Kitchen use and main areas of house are included. I also have a couple of RVs that are occupied on the property and we’re all happy conservative gun owners . So if you arnt on the conservative side you may not appreciate us. Pot and occasionally drinking is ok but no alcoholics or drugies. Looking forward to meeting you.
