Hi,

I have one bedroom available in a 3 bed and 2.5 bath house.

The house has a sunroom, library, living area, dining area, and kitchen on the first floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a laundry area, a washer dryer is included. There are 3 parking spots, apart from the driveway, right in front of the house, which you can use.

I am staying in the master bedroom; one other bedroom is already occupied by a female tenant. I am looking to fill in the third bedroom. The two rooms will share the second bathroom upstairs. I would prefer short term leases.

It’s new construction and we moved in January only. No food/gender preference but the emphasis will be on cleanliness. It’s right in the middle of RTP on Davis Dr. It’s opposite to the Sheetz at the intersection of Davis Dr and Hopson. Easy access to I-40, NC-147, NC 54, NC 55. Tons of shopping. Fidelity, Biogen, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, all are less than 10 minutes’ drive.

The house is fully furnished, the room is furnished with a queen bed, a TV stand, and a night stand. If you are interested or would like to know more details, you can pm me.

I am the house owner, I stay in the Master bedroom. I work at NetApp. The third bedroom(as marked in the floor plan) is occupied by a behavioral psychologist. I am WFH due to COVID but she goes to work daily.
