Hello! I’m looking for someone (male preferred) to fill for one private bedroom with a sunroom/office in a 3 bed/1 bath apartment in Somerville near both Ball Sq and Magoun Sq. This apartment is in a prime location as it is in close proximity to both the Green and Red Lines, as well as the Somerville Bike Path.

I’m sadly moving out of this apartment, so I’m helping my roommates to find someone to take over my part of the lease. The cat in the picture will be moving out with me.

Move-in date: July 1st but can be slightly flexible (lease until Aug 31, 2026 with an option to renew to a 12-month September 1, 2026 lease)

Rent: $1450/month Security deposit: $350 Utilities: about $60-120 per person, including gas, electric, internet Water and sewage included in rent. No broker fee.
