Available July 1st 2026 I’m looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Washington Heights Fourth floor walk up in a pre-war apartment building (This can be your daily cardio if you don’t like to exercise like me) We will be sharing the bathroom and Kitchen. There is no shared living room. Location: 170th Street & Haven Ave

• 5 mins from the hospital, CUIMC campus, A, C, 1 train
• Close proximity to Starbucks, supermarkets
• Laudromat 2 blocks away The room comes furnished (Bed, desk, chair & tv) with high ceilings and 2 huge closets Rent: $1150/month (Wi-Fi, electricity & gas included) 1-month security deposit + 1-month rent to move in $2300 total.

What I am looking for potential roomie

• long term 6 months or longer
• female-preferred
• Financially responsible and has common sense
• No constant guest (If your significant other likes to spend almost every weekend with you in the apartment or if you have exhilarating flings all the time, good for you! But this is not the apartment for you)

Open house is Tuesday june 16 11-4pm No remote viewing.

Only one roomie: female, FIT graduated illustration major. In general, I’m either working or going to my pottery studio every day. I’m relatively quiet and do not have guests coming into my apartment
