Hi! I’m moving closer to work and am looking for someone to take over the last 6-ish months of my lease. The apartment is just west of Ladd’s Addition in a super cute area that’s also very walkable/bikeable! It’s right off the FX2 and Orange lines, and very close to the 9, 19, and 17 buses as well. Skyhook Bouldering is right around the corner, and there are a ton of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood too! You’d be moving into one bedroom of a second floor two-bed/one-bath apartment with in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. It has tons of natural light (including skylights!) and very high ceilings. The living room is already furnished, and you’d have the option of taking my bedframe/box spring/mattress if you’d like.

About the roomies

Both of us are queer femmes in our mid-20s, and would prefer to live with the same if possible. My roommate works in food service and works/is active at night most of the time. There are two lovely cats already, so no more pets unfortunately. My roommate isn’t planning on staying past when the lease expires in March 2027, but you’d potentially be able to stay after they move if you’d like.
