This is a private bedroom in a single-family home, shared with an on-site female owner, so a female roommate is preferred. The setup is best suited for someone comfortable with a shared living environment while still having their own furnished space to unwind. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a dresser, a small desk with a chair, and a closet, making it easy to settle in without needing extra furniture.

You’ll have access to common areas throughout the home, including a cozy living room with an L-shaped sectional sofa, coffee table, side table, and a 55-inch TV with a PlayStation 4. The dining area features a table seating six, providing a comfortable spot for meals or working from home. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with appliances and cooking essentials so you can prepare meals without hassle.

The shared bathroom includes a tub-shower combo, a single-sink vanity, a toilet, and a mirror. A washer and dryer are located in the basement for your convenience. Outside, there’s a patio with a table and chairs, providing a simple space to relax when the weather’s nice. Parking is available in a shared private driveway, and all utilities are included in the rent. The home also has a dog and two cats, so being comfortable around pets is important. There is a fenced in back yard.

I am quiet and respectful and mostly keep to myself.

I work full time during the week 7a-4p. Mon and Thurs I am in the office. The rest of the week I work from home.

I have online game night with my friends Monday and Tuesday night from 9p-12a, but I wear a headset and I’m not loud.

I have a dog and 2 cats. My dog, Jagger, is big, but a super friendly cuddle bug. On my in-office days he goes to daycare and when I am at my boyfriend’s house a few nights a week, he comes with me. The cats, Rikku and Yuna, are also friendly once they get to know you. All their stuff (litter boxes, etc) is in the basement, so out of the main living area.
