• <1 mile walking distance to 14/502 bus stop, HEB, Walmart, Gold’s Gym, BoA, multiple restaurants, shopping centers and 1.3 miles to Morgan’s Wonderland.
• Easy commute to Highway 35.
• 20 minutes to downtown SA.

Roommate must/ must be:

• Sign a 3 month lease minimum but negotiable
• Have a full time job or a full time student. -Provide ID and proof of employment or income.
• No pets and drug-free.
• Have clear background check
• Matured, clean, responsible and drama-free

Dan is in his thirties, mostly introverted and spends most of his time playing video games. Easy going and laidback.

I am Nico, the homeowner, also thirties, I don’t live in the house and visits only about once a month for a weekend.

It will be just you and Dan for the most part.
