This room is a room primary in a 4x4 apartment, everyone has their own bathroom, but share the living room and kitchen. This apartment is off of Texas and University, it is walking distance from century square and Zachary which is great for A&M student’s. It is located on the top floor, there is also a parking garage connected to the apartment to it is easy to access, balcony that faces the school, and there is valet trash pickup at the door.

Me and my roommates will be moving out so there will be new people coming in or you could have the apartment to yourself! When applying to this complex there is also a roommate quiz so they match you with someone you’ll be compatible with. (I loved my roommates so I would say it works!)
