You’re also welcome to refurnish the room however you like, you can keep everything, or get rid of everything. Two closets with this room, so tons of storage space.

There’s plenty parking, two driveways & street parking Nice sized backyard, but.. unfortunately, absolutely NO pets..inside or outside, sorry y’all Shared bathroom, kitchen, washer & dryer

We prefer you rent for at least 3 months to a year

Please be clean & respectful of other people’s groceries/personal belongings & the common areas.

We dont really party at this house, we’re not big drinkers here but we are 420 friendly.

We’re pretty calm & mostly keep to ourselves, but everyone is kind & we look out for eachother.
