Bedroom for Rent in Large Shared Home – Shared Bathroom
Bedroom available in a clean shared home in Perris. The room is on the smaller side, which is why it is offered at a lower price, but it comfortably fits a bed and a desk. This is a good fit for one person who wants an affordable room in a large, well-maintained home with access to spacious common areas.
The house itself is large and includes multiple lofts, shared living areas, and outdoor spaces that can be used as peaceful “third spaces” to relax, read, work, or unwind outside of the bedroom.
Rent includes utilities, laundry on-site, kitchen access, good fridge space, freezer space, and regular cleaning of common areas.
Included:
- Smaller private bedroom
- Shared bathroom
- Kitchen access
- Good fridge space
- Freezer space
- Laundry on-site
- Regular cleaning of common areas included
- TV in the living room
- 1GB internet with strong coverage throughout the property
- Spacious lofts and shared living areas
- Beautiful backyard with relaxing outdoor space
- Street parking available
Bathroom / Cleaning: The bathroom is shared, and tenants are expected to clean up after themselves after each use. Cleaning service is provided during the weekends to help keep the bathroom and common areas looking clean and well-maintained.
Parking: Street parking only. Driveway parking is not available.
Temperature: The home is kept at reasonable shared-house comfort settings. During summer, the AC is typically set around 77°F–80°F. During winter, heating is typically around 72°F–75°F. Personal fans or blankets are welcome, but the thermostat is managed for the comfort of the whole house.
The home itself is generally quiet and calm, and we try to keep it that way, some tenants might have music during weekends mostly, but quiet hoursare strictlyenforced after 10pm. However, this is a residential neighborhood, so there may occasionally be outside neighborhood noise, including parties or quinceañeras a few times a year. I prefer to be transparent about that upfront so expectations are clear.
There may also be occasional weekend music, grilling, or BBQ from housemates, but quiet hours are respected and noise is kept under control, especially after 10 PM. This is not a party house.
Looking for a clean, responsible, respectful tenant who is comfortable living in a shared home. There are usually 4 to 5 roomies in the house, and everyone is expected to respect quiet hours, shared spaces, and communicate respectfully if issues come up.
Single occupancy only. No smoking inside. There is a cozy smoking area outdoetc?

Are you a good fit?
This home is a good fit for someone who is respectful, responsible, calm, and comfortable living with other people in a shared home.
You may be a good fit if:
- You prefer to solve issues by talking respectfully instead of yelling, banging on doors, or confronting people aggressively.
- You communicate directly and calmly when something bothers you.
- You assume good intentions first and avoid accusing others without evidence.
- You respect quiet hours, shared spaces, other people’s privacy, belongings, food, and personal space.
- You clean up after yourself instead of leaving messes for others.
- You use shared resources responsibly, including water, electricity, kitchen appliances, laundry, AC, and heating.
- You avoid unnecessary waste, such as leaving water running for long periods, leaving windows open when the AC/heater is on, or leaving appliances running unattended.
- If you are ever unable to pay rent on time, you communicate early, clearly, and respectfully, and understand that late fees still apply.
- If something breaks, leaks, stops working, or seems unsafe, you report it quickly so it can be handled before it becomes a bigger problem.
- You are comfortable with security cameras in shared/common areas of the home for safety and accountability.
- You understand this is a shared home, not a private apartment, so reasonable communication, patience, and shared-house expectations are important.
This may not be a good fit if you need total silence, dislike shared-living rules, are uncomfortable with common-area cameras, use utilities carelessly, or prefer handling conflict through confrontation.
