It comes with an assigned parking space. Amenities include access to the pool and three spas on the property. This is a two bedroom/2 bath condo lower unit. I’m 56 and have three dogs and a cat. I primarily work from home and have a second job on the weekends and evenings. My interests are gardening, working on projects/renovations on my condo and exploring new venues, local places and concerts. Im not a drinker, smoker or drug user. No judgement it’s not something I choose to partake in. Im easy going and looking to offer the spare room to rent to a great fit for us all.
