Lived here for about 2 years and its really cozy. There is a spot near the entrance at the back of the building that some tenants have taken up minor gardening in which could be fun if that interests you

• Love art and design, have a Major in Virtual Tech and Design. Making art digitally or traditionally is spiritually enriching. Also wish to be a video game designer, so I work and play on my computer a lot. Been getting into oil painting recently too

• I am a tropical fish and I dress like one too. Very pirate/aquatic aesthetic

• I do love to cook and when I do I often will make leftovers or extra to share

• I am not a messy person and often clean up messes I see in the apartment. Will be respectful of both of our cleaning standards and space in that regard

• I work afternoon/nights

• I do smoke (weed) and take edibles, will not smoke inside. I do drink, but very rarely

• I am a night owl and will be up late working or playing games
