Shopping - restaurants - bars all walking distance. Bi rite- Bi rite creamy - Delfina-Tartine all on the same block. No parking in the building but you can get a street permit. It is a S permit which is S110.00 for the year and allows you to park in a wide area of the city. Parking is pretty easy in the neighborhood as i do it myself.

I’m a female who works M-F normal business hours w/ a 5lb Yorkie who is well behaved and adorable. I work a lot and keep myself pretty busy when I’m not working. Unfortunately we are not allowed to have more pets. Looking for a reliable roommate on a month to month basis. I would like to have someone move in on April 1st.
