About the room

Hi! I will be having to leave halfway through my lease. It will be available late November (I will pay December rent) and the lease is up end of May 2027. You have your own room and connected bathroom. PGE and Internet are paid separately from rent - the rest is included in the rent. The two girl roommates rooms are on the third floor, yours will be on the second. With the garage/laundry room on the first floor. The balcony in the picture is not attached to your room, it is attached to the room upstairs.

About the roomies

There are two girl roommates we usually keep to ourselves. The living room and kitchen are shared spaces. Both go to Chico State. It is about a 10 min walk to Chico State. Safeway is about a 5 minute drive.
