Room upstairs for rent in a large two story house. Utilities are included in the rent. Free AT@T highest speed Wi-Fi. Room has great view of pool and tennis 🎾 Court across the street in a safe quite subdivision nieghborhood. Room has a ceiling fan with a light. Just outside the room is a large loft for you to use that has a new table and chairs. Close to shopping centers and only ten minutes away from I4. 15 minutes away from downtown and 15 minutes away from the airport . Almost no traffic on the street that the house is in the middle of which makes it quite peaceful. I can add a new bed and bedframe if needed.
