If you’ve ever had to choose between a great location and a peaceful one, this might be the exception that breaks the rule. Malls and transit are right there close enough that you’ll wonder how you managed without it. But step onto the street and it’s a different world: unhurried, residential, the kind of place where people seem genuinely settled. The room is fully your own private bathroom, completely independent, nothing shared with the rest of the house. It just works.

The household consists of an environmental health officer and a senior radiographer, both of whom keep to their own rooms and their own fairly predictable schedules. Neither of us is the type to throw the place into chaos we like things tidy, quiet evenings are the norm, and there’s rarely anything resembling drama. We’d suit a housemate who’s similarly easygoing and naturally inclined to keep shared spaces clean and the overall vibe relaxed.
