This is a beautiful property in Buda (but right on the edge of Austin) with a manicured front lawn and back yard with a privacy fence and a back porch that has a working gas grill. The interior of the house is tastefully appointed with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a washer-dryer utility room with a folding table on the first floor. There is a two-car garage that is used by the residents for storage and trash/recycle bins. Two blocks away is a large park and a large, recently completed community pool and covered picnic area.

The upstairs has a great room with a ping pong table, three bedrooms and a shared bath. There is an extra refrigerator upstairs in the great room. The entire house uses a 5g Internet router connected to fiber and is blazingly fast.

The two bedrooms downstairs house older, professional men, both of whom have careers in healthcare. Of the three bedrooms upstairs, two are occupied by younger professionals that work at Amazon and Tesla.

We all evenly split utilities and Internet.
