Evelyn's room
About the room
People often ask whether you can really get both easy access and genuine quiet and the honest answer is usually no. Here itβs yes. Malls and transit are close enough that you stop noticing them as a factor in your day. The room is fully your own: private bathroom, completely detached, no overlap with the household. And the street outside stays calm regardless, the kind of neighbourhood where evenings actually feel like evenings. Itβs a good combination, and it holds up.
About the roomies
Two people share this house a respiratory physiotherapist and a senior actuarial analyst each with their own room and a routine that mostly runs in parallel rather than overlapping. The place stays tidy and quiet without much effort on anyoneβs part; itβs just the standard we both default to. Weβre easygoing and not hard to live with, and weβd be glad to find a housemate who feels the same way about a calm, clean home.
