The first thing that’ll probably catch your attention is how easy everything is to get to malls, public transport, the basics of daily life all sorted within minutes. The second thing, which takes a little longer to notice, is how little of that energy spills onto the actual street. Quiet, residential, genuinely friendly. The room itself is fully independent: own bathroom, separate from the household entirely, your space and nobody else’s. It adds up to something better than the sum of its parts.

Two people, two careers a flight dispatcher and a senior orthopaedic nurse sharing this house while keeping mostly to themselves in their own rooms. Long shifts mean we both value coming home to somewhere calm, and the place generally stays clean and quiet without it being a whole conversation. We’re easy to live with and would get on well with someone who’s similarly low-maintenance, tidy, and happy with a peaceful routine.
