Looking for a fresh start in a beautiful, well-maintained pool home? I’m renting out individual bedrooms in my Lakewood Ranch house — perfect for ambitious, grounded women who want a comfortable, no-drama place to land while they focus on their goals.

Location: Heart of Lakewood Ranch, close to State Road 70 and Lakewood Ranch Blvd Home features: Sparkling pool, fully fenced backyard, 2-car garage, fresh interior paint throughout, all tile (no carpet anywhere)

Currently happening: Exterior paint swatch is in for HOA approval, with fresh mulch going down soon — the outside is getting a refresh too Lease terms: 3 months up to 1 year. Sign for 2 years and get a discounted rate.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite Rent: $[X]/month The largest and most private of the bedrooms. This room has its own window overlooking the pool and a sliding glass door with direct pool access — step outside and you’re poolside. The walk-in closet is massive (approx. 8’ x 4’), easily fitting a full wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom includes a vestibule entry, dual sinks, a garden tub, and a separate stand-up shower — basically your own private retreat.

Bedroom 2 – Front of House Rent: $[X]/month A bright, airy room at the front of the house with a wide 72-inch window that fills the space with natural light all day. Comes with a reach-in closet, ceiling fan, and tile flooring throughout. Shares a bathroom (tub/shower combo, toilet, and sink) with Bedroom 3, located in the hallway between the two rooms.

Bedroom 3 – Quiet & Cozy Rent: $[X]/month A calmer, more tucked-away room with a 36-inch window — the darkest of the four bedrooms. Ideal if you prefer a softer light, sleep during the day, or just like a cozier feel to your space. Includes a reach-in closet and tile flooring. Shares the hallway bathroom (tub/shower combo, toilet, and sink) with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 4 – Bright Corner Room (Most Affordable) Rent: $[X]/month Our most budget-friendly option — a sunlit corner room with three large windows that bring in tons of natural light throughout the day. Features built-in bookshelves, perfect for books, plants, or display, plus a closet that comfortably fits shirts, pants, and a small shoe collection. Instead of a standard door, this room has charming French doors for a bit of extra character.

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for professional women — intelligent, driven, and easygoing. No drama, just good roommates who respect shared space and are focused on building their lives. If you’re working toward something — career, school, your next chapter — this is a calm, comfortable place to do it. All three remaining bedrooms are currently available. The homeowner also lives on the property as a roommate, though her schedule as a college student and entrepreneur keeps her away most of the time. Her presence is limited to occasional mail pickups and AC filter changes, plus move-in/move-out days, with at least 24 hours’ notice given before any visit. She keeps a few personal items on shelves in the garage, but that’s the extent of her footprint in the house.

So while she’s technically part of the household, day-to-day it feels like the home is yours to enjoy with just one other roommate — giving you more space, more privacy, and a quieter household overall.
