Located on the VCU campus, the building is secure and well maintained and building management and maintenance are extremely responsive and helpful. Very walk-able area, and near several GRTC bus lines. There is a private garage attached to the building, and a club house and fitness center, both of which are well maintained with outdoor spaces. The roof is also acessable as a fun warm-weather hangout spot. A good “starter” apartment, our 3 bed/3 bath unit has a large balcony, full kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer.

Myself and our other roommate are both 20’s F and students at VCU. We are both easy-going and relatively quiet people looking for a third roommate for a 3 Bed/ 3 Bath apartment. Looking for someone like minded to share the space with us and my cat.
