About the room
There’s a balance most listings promise and few actually deliver this one happens to manage it. Malls and transit sit close enough that you stop accounting for them in your day. The room, meanwhile, is entirely your own: private bathroom, fully detached, no shared anything with the rest of the house. And the neighbourhood rounds it off quietly calm streets, people who’ve clearly chosen to stay, the kind of evenings that feel unforced. Genuinely worth a look.
About the roomies
Two of us live here a marine engineer and a senior speech therapist each with our own room and a daily routine that doesn’t really need to overlap with the other’s. The house stays clean and quiet without much discussion, mostly because that’s how we both naturally operate. We’re relaxed, not particularly demanding, and would get along well with someone who feels at home in that kind of steady, low-key environment.
