The only thing that will be taken out of the room is the desk and the quilt on the side of the wall. The room is spacious with a giant beautiful window that brings in a lot of sunlight. It is right off of the living room are which has 2 couches, bookshelf, TV, and a coffee table. The bedroom has a bathroom (full) next to it and leads into the kitchen area. The kitchen has an electric stove, working dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There are many plates and bowls along with seasons and utensils. There is a small balcony off of the kitchen area. The front door leads to a hallway that has a full laundry room (washer and dryer). The wifi is separate along with the electric bill.

I a 23 year old single female and just graduated with my masters. I am the type of roommate and friend that loves to be around people but also knows when it’s time to recharge. I am a person that shows appreciation by hanging out and cooking for others. I love to sit on the couch in silence or go to the gym and work out. I am a teacher (my passion) so I understand when someone has had a tough day. This also means I get up early and come home early (my school is a 5 minute walk from the apartment). As a roommate I appreciate someone who is able to communicate well and is okay with my frequent travels. I am an animal lover I especially love my bunny Mello. I have had her for 5 years and love her so much. I am someone who is always down to go out or to stay in. I believe in cleanliness and would like a roommate who values the same. If you are someone who likes to cook, hang out, and vibe I am the perfect roommate for you.
