Rent is paid through an online portal with the complex and then we use Venmo for gas and WiFi which we all split equally. The complex is usually pretty quiet, polite neighbors, and our balcony looks out onto a nice patch of trees.

Hi there! The rookies are two women in their mid-late twenties. One is a full time healthcare worker who loves birds, making art and hiking. The other is a child caretaker who loves nature, relaxation, and spending time with her family. Our other roommate moved out recently for a job opportunity and we’re hoping to find someone to replace her on the lease. Our lease is up in October, but we will definitely be renewing so staying longer is an option if that’s something you’re interested in!
