Elizabeth's room

I live here with husband,1 cat, 2 dogs. A home that is 2900 sq feet 2 story. Washer and dryer available. Utilities inc. except internet. Will need to purchase own connection. Gas,electric,water,trash paid with rent cost. Has full use of kitchen,swimming pool and jacuzzi. Street parking. There are rules that will need followed.

1. no animals 2.no regular sleepovers. will accept bf or gf spending a night or weekend. when the details of such merit. 3 no children 4.full time student or full time employed. 4 full use of kitchen will need to be clean.
2. shared full bath with other renter. can use guest full bath when needed.
3. no drugs except occassional 420. must do this outside in backyard.
4. no smoking in house. accepted outside only.
5. no parties. no visitors coming and going. This is a quiet atmosphere plan to keep this way. Do not mind visitors just a minimal and not past midnight.
6. must be ok with animals because I have 3 and they are inside animals.
7. respectful,mature,clean renters.

There is a bed frame and a dresser if needed. Ceiling fans inside the rooms. Will be renting 3 rooms with full closets. One full bath will be shared with these renters. Can utilize the guest bath if needed. Thank you

Im 48 my husband 46. He works fulltime. Enjoys tv and golfing. We are quiet and stay at home very little outside activities. I have 1 cat 2 dogs that are inside. We live in French Valley. 2 story home, 2900 sq feet. pool and jacuzzi. clean quiet atmosphere.
