The home is clean, comfortable, and set up for people who are working or in school and just want a peaceful place to live. The rooms are fully furnished, come with walk-in closets, and all utilities (Wi-Fi, electric, water) are included so everything is simple and stress-free. The location is really convenient—about 5 minutes from Valencia College and roughly 25 minutes from Disney, with easy access to the 417, Turnpike, and I-4. There’s plenty of nearby shopping, food spots, and major employers close by, so commuting is easy. The house itself is quiet and well-kept, with shared kitchen access, washer and dryer, smart lock entry, and a clean shared bathroom upstairs. One of the rooms also has a private sink/vanity, which is a nice extra touch for personal space. Overall, it’s a calm, respectful home where people can relax after work or school.

I’m pretty easygoing and just try to keep the home clean, peaceful, and comfortable for everyone. I like having a space where people can come home, relax, and not deal with a lot of noise or drama. The other people in the house are working professionals and students who keep to themselves, are respectful, and take care of shared spaces. Everyone is pretty focused on work or school, so the vibe stays quiet and chill.
